英文摘要： uphold the concept of modern logistics services, for refined oil two distribution characteristics, using the theory of fuzzy quotient space and multi granularity clustering technology to realize the distribution region of dynamic optimization, multi dimension priority service algorithm for distribution vehicle routing optimization, using RFID radio frequency identification, GPS, GIS and GPRS and other advanced information technology, logistics distribution vehicle oil gas station, real-time information exchange and transmission and distribution cyber source real-time monitoring and dynamic scheduling, construct the refined oil two distribution of the entire process of networking system, build " unified dispatching center, unified distribution, unified dispatching organization capacity, information sharing, unified inventory management " of the transportation modern logistics management system.
