醇胺法脱二氧化碳技术在裂解原料预处理的应用

中文摘要:大庆石化公司2004年利旧改造建设一套红压深冷装置,采用醇胺法脱除深冷轻烃中CO2,缓解碱洗塔压力;2012年重新设计建设另一套醇胺脱CO2装置,处理能力37.5t/h;该装置优化了乙烯装置裂解原料的预处理过程,对于减少CO2对碱洗塔的冲击的以缓解,在确保装置安全稳定的前提下,实现了长周期、高负荷、优化运行。本文对大庆石化公司乙烯装置的醇胺脱碳技术改造作了介绍。
英文摘要:Daqing Petrochemical Company (DPC for short) raised a set of Hongya deep-cooling plant which utilized parts of the old equipments in 2004 , it eased the load of caustic washing tower by using the technology of alcohol-amine decarburization to absorb carbon dioxide from Light-hydrocarbons. However its processing capacity is limited. For this reason, DPC redesigned and raised another set of alcohol-amine decarburization plant, which processing capacity is as high as 37.5 tons per hour. This plant optimizes the preprocessing of ethylene plant cracking feed, reduces the impact of carbon dioxide on the caustic washing tower. It achieves a long-period, high-capacity and optimal operation goal under the premise of ensuring the safe and stable. This article introduces the alcohol amine decarburization technological transformation of Ethylene Unit in DPC.
