中文摘要:我国炼化企业近年来加工的原油呈现品种多、性质波动大的趋势,目前的人工原油调合已很难满足常减压蒸馏装置(CDU)对原油进料性质稳定的要求。本文设计了一种原油调合优化控制系统,基于快速原油评价技术分析原油性质,以调合后性质偏差最小或经济最优为目标,并在满足一定约束条件下进行优化计算,获取最优调合配方,实现原油自动调合。该系统已在炼化企业成功运行一年多时间,稳定了CDU进料性质,达到了预期设计要求。
英文摘要:Nowadays, the crude oil processed by refinery enterprises exhibits more varieties and their key properties are fluctuating greatly, which brings many difficulties for manual blending to meet the stable operation of crude distillation unit (CDU). Based on rapid crude assay, this paper puts forward a crude blending optimization control system which adopts minimal properties bias or optimal profit as optimization objective, and under some constraints to calculate optimal recipe for crude oil blending. This system has successfully been put in practice for more than one year, and the industrial applications show that the blending system has stabilized the crude oil properties to CDU in this refinery plant.
