某炼厂减压渣油加工方案分析研究

中文摘要：摘要：重质原油及渣油的轻质化是石油炼制最重要的课题之一。重油深加工，可以加工更多的重油，尤其是减压渣油。某炼厂减压渣油目前的加工方案是采用延迟焦化，但由于原油加工量增加，质量变差，导致延迟焦化装置越来越难以负荷。本文根据对减压渣油性质、催化剂使用要求、操作条件等问题的研究，对该炼厂减压渣油的加工方式提出新的方案，并对该方案加以分析。
英文摘要：Abstract: Upgrading heavy oil and residue is one of the most important subjects in petroleum refining. We can process more heavy oil through deep progressing, especially vacuum residue. A refinery processes vacuum residue by delayed coking. And because of the increasing crude oil processing throughput and the worse quality, the delayed coking works harder and harder. A new processing method for the refinery is suggested and studied according to the property of vacuum residue, use of catalysts and condition in operating.
