中文摘要：国内页岩油生产绝大部分采用传统的抚顺式干馏工艺，其特点为半负压工艺，本文介绍了半负压工艺的油回收系统和供热系统存在的问题，重点阐述了北票北塔油页岩综合开发利用有限公司全负压生产工艺改造机理和过程，结果证明，改造后的全负压工艺大大提高了页岩油的产油效率，实现了增产增效的目的，为低品位油页岩低温干馏回收挖潜降耗走出了一条新路。
英文摘要：Most of the domestic shale oil production are adopting the conventional Fushun retort process, the characteristic of which is half negative pressure. The article specify the existing problems of the oil recovery system and heat supply system of half negative pressure process, and mainly elaborate the principle and procedure of the modification of the full negative pressure production process of Beipiao Beita oil shale comprehensive development and utilization Co., Ltd. The results shows that after the modification, the efficiency of shale oil production has been dramatically increased. And it helps us to achieve the common goal of increasing the production and making more benefit. Furthermore, it paves a new way for tapping a latent power for low temperature retorting and recovery of the low grade oil shale and lowering consumption.
