改性活性炭用于汽油吸附脱硫的研究

中文摘要:以浓硫酸、浓硝酸、高锰酸钾溶液和双氧水为氧化剂,分别在250℃、80℃、80℃和60℃温度下对盐酸脱灰后的活性炭进行氧化处理,考察了改性活性炭对直馏汽油的脱硫性能。结果表明,氧化处理可以改善活性炭的吸附脱硫性能,四种氧化剂对活性炭改性后的脱硫性能大小依次为:250℃浓硫酸改性,80℃浓硝酸改性,80℃高锰酸钾改性,60℃双氧水改性,在静态吸附温度30℃、吸附时间2h、剂油质量比0.10的实验条件下,改性活性炭对硫含量为628.6μg/g直馏汽油的脱硫率分别达到42.5%,29.2%,22.0%,21.9%;采用Boehm滴定法对四种氧化剂改性后的活性炭表面酸性含氧基团进行测定,改性活性炭表面酸性含氧基团含量分别为2.1847×10-3mol/g,1.3012×10-3mol/g,1.2586×10-3mol/g,0.8259×10-3mol/g,这与改性活性炭对原料汽油的脱硫率的大小顺序一致。
英文摘要:The actived carbon which was deashed by hydrochloride was oxidized treatment respectively. under 250℃、80℃、80℃ and 60℃ by concentrated sulfuric acid, concentrated nitric acid, potassium permanganate solution and hydrogen peroxide, the desulfurization performance of modified actived carbon on straight run gasoline was investigated. The research results show that the adsorption desulfurization performance of activated carbon can be improved by oxidation rreament, the adsorption desulfurization performance of modified actived carbon by concentrated sulfuric acid under 250℃ is best, next came the concentrated nitric acid under 80℃, potassium permanganate solution under 80℃ and hydrogen peroxide under 60℃. The desulfurization rate of modified actived carbon on straight run gasoline with sulfur content of 628.6μg/g can respectively reach 42.5%,29.2%,22.0%,21.9%; the acidic oxygenous group on surface of modified actived carbon was measured by using Boehm titration method, the content of acidic oxygenous group on surface of modified actived carbon is respectively2.1847×10-3mol/g, 1.3012×10-3mol/g, 1.2586×10-3mol/g, 0.8259×10-3mol/g, which corresponds to that of their desulfurization rate on material gasoline.
